Terms and Conditions





Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.  By placing your order you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set our below.


Top right hand side of the home page, click on Login put in your username (email address) and your password. Choose your products and checkout.


First orders:


First register on choose a memorable and secure password.   Please do not disclose this information to anybody else.  Once we have done our checks and authorised you, you will receive a confirmation email. 


Now you can choose your products by adding to the shopping basket, when you are ready proceed to the check out, you can use either debit or credit card.  We will then process this order. All FIRST ORDERS will need to be over £100 + VAT, once placed, we require FULL Pre Payment. When your payment has cleared we will then hold your order for 7 working days just to secure no charge back. All orders thereafter will be sent NEXT/SAME Working Day.  Please note that the delivery address needs to be the same as the card holder's registered address.

Credit Card: 2% of total order value.



For next day service available, your order must be placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.
If any items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our team, who will ask you how you would like to proceed or change your order (if an available daytime number is supplied).



•    Back ordering a product is the fasted method of purchasing products that are currently out of stock
•    Products are only available for back order online if we are expecting more stock in the next 7 days.
•    Back orders are usually shipped within 10 days.
•    A refund or alternative order will be available if we take over 14 days to ship your backordered products.

If there are missing items we will send the order out with a list of the out of stock items, we will make a note of the items missing on the ordering system, when you place your next order, you are required to order the items again. We restock two to three times a week, so often items are in within 1/3 working days. If you have any queries about back orders or items out of stock please contact us via email or give 2CD Designs Sales Team a call. If you would like any back orders to be held and supplied when available we will arrange this for you.  Please make sure any payment on account is used up for orders in 1 year, this also applies to drop ship accounts, after this date you will not be able to use any payments made, please note that refunds will not be made for any outstanding money left on account.

Estimate delivery charge for EU starts from £22.00+ for up to 25kg parcel.


Your first order will need to be over £100 + VAT after which we have NO minimum order value.   We do our best to support all businesses, big or small!

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: We do NOT have a minimum order quantity.


We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a drop shipping service on all ranges. We will ship the product for you, direct to your customer with your return address label.


Orders will be processed the same day, if placed by 1pm and we have them in stock, or next day if placed after 1pm.   You will be notified if your products are out of stock.  Items will be sent out first class recorded delivery. We will use plain packaging and your invoice will be sent by email to you . If you require a drop shipping account, please register on 

1 item: - £5.00 + VAT for additional items to the same address it will be a charge of £1.50 per item.   Please note that shoes and boots will be charged at £7.50 per order for drop-ship due to the weight.



You can download images, free of charge from our site 

All our images are copyright protected, which means that we (2CD Designs) have the right to use these images to avoid conflict with competing clients and to protect our artwork.

High-resolution images are available at a charge of £15 per range please contact us for details. Contact us for your CD.


The following list shows all of the catalogues that are available. We will send each customer a full set of each, free of charge, with your first order over £100. For potential customers, all we ask is that you pay for postage charges. For additional catalogues, the price is shown below.

 All the catalogues we offer are unbranded, mail order catalogues.

Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like for like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed in advance, and a returns number issued.   We will charge a maximum of 25% restocking fee for non faulty products or if they have been ordered specially for you.

Please note: When returning item(s), the sender is responsible for any costs incurred.

No refunds will be given unless the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Safety reasons we do not accept any Open Adult Toys/Lingerie, This does not affect your Statuary rights. Call for details.



We at 2cd designs respect your privacy and do not share any of your information with any third parties.

Any information provided will be used solely by 2cd designs to and verify orders. You may not use anybody else account at any time, only the account registered to yourself, and should not let anyone else use your account and have access to your password.  We use this information to confirm the identity of the person registering the account and to be sure, information is not fraudulent.


The services on the website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, and you will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, current, complete and accurate.  We do this to prevent fraudulent users on our website.

You also will choose a password . You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ourselves immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.




Any address and phone number changes must also be emailed separately to

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information to prevent unauthorized access by third parties so we can best protect your information. You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purpose whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
